Last updated: OWNER-FILL: effective date
This Privacy Policy explains how Aerele Technologies ("Aerele", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data in connection with Jarvis ("the Service"). This is a draft pending legal review.
1. Information we collect
- Account and contact information — such as your name, email address, organisation name, and login credentials.
- Billing information — such as your billing details and the payment records needed to process your subscription. Card and bank details are handled by our payment processors and are not stored by us.
- Customer Data — the content and data you and your users provide to or process through the Service.
- Usage and technical data — such as log data, device and browser information, and usage metrics collected when you use the Service.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To process subscriptions, payments, and renewals.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To send service, security, and administrative communications.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Payment processing
Subscription payments are processed by our payment gateway partners, Razorpay and Cashfree. When you make a payment, your payment information is provided directly to and processed by these providers under their own privacy policies. Aerele Technologies is the merchant of record and receives confirmation and records of transactions, but does not store your full card or bank account details.
4. AI processing
Jarvis uses artificial intelligence to provide its features. Content you submit may be processed by AI model providers that we use to operate the Service, solely to deliver the Service to you. We take reasonable steps to limit such processing to what is necessary to provide the Service.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:
- Service providers and sub-processors who help us operate the Service (such as hosting, payment, and AI providers), under appropriate obligations.
- Authorities or third parties where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
6. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service and as required to meet our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. Customer Data is retained per your subscription and may be deleted after termination in accordance with our retention practices.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, update, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details on our Contact page.
