What Jarvis is

Jarvis is an AI operations assistant for businesses, built and operated by Aerele Technologies. It gives your team an AI assistant that can read and reason over your business documents and data, answer questions, draft and summarise content, and help complete routine operational tasks through a chat interface. Jarvis is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product — it is accessed over the internet through a web browser and is delivered entirely digitally.

What a subscription provides

A paid Jarvis subscription provisions and maintains, for your organisation:

• A private, hosted Jarvis workspace for your organisation and its users.
• The Jarvis AI assistant, including chat, document understanding, and the operational skills enabled for your plan.
• Ongoing hosting, maintenance, and updates of the service by Aerele Technologies.
• Support through the channels listed on our Contact page.

Billing and provisioning

Subscriptions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) by Aerele Technologies, the merchant of record. Payments are processed through our payment gateway partners (Razorpay and Cashfree). Your Jarvis workspace is provisioned once your subscription payment is confirmed. Delivery is digital and immediate on confirmation — see our Shipping Policy. You can cancel at any time as described in Cancellation & Refunds.
